Spur is a small, but dynamic technology company that specializes in automotive technologies, such as active controls, and engine control gateways that expand the use of on-board technology platforms to new levels. By combining Spur’s capabilities with our Navistream on-board intelligence platform, we can give our customers industry leading telematics and automotive management solutions.

With the purchase of Spur, we are pleased to announce that the two major Spur Shareholders, Ron Iacobelli and Nic Bouchon, will join our Streamline management team. Mr. Iacobelli will become the Chief Operating Officer of Streamline and will have a hand in virtually all the activities of the business. Mr. Bouchon will assume the role of Director of Automotive Technologies and will lead our development activities in this area. We are fortunate and excited to have both of them and their team from Spur join our company.

Streamline now has all the necessary pieces in place to be a market leader in the fast paced and quickly evolving transportation technology market.
